Practice 04

Rooms that work the first time, every time.

Meeting rooms, auditoriums, command centres and classrooms, designed around the people who use them and built to one standard, so every room behaves the same way.

02Inside every room

The same five layers, sized to the space.

A meeting room and an auditorium are built from the same layers. Designing them the same way is what makes a building's rooms consistent and easy to support.

Inputs

Laptops, cameras, microphones, media players and conferencing.

Wired and wireless

Switching and processing

Any source to any screen; audio mixed, cleaned and echo-cancelled.

05 Support

Monitoring

Every room watched remotely; faults found before users report them.

Remote management

03Also in scope

Sound, control and the building around it.

The parts users never think about, until they fail.

01

Professional audio

Speech intelligibility, music systems, ceiling microphones and acoustic advice.

02

Control and room automation

Rooms that start themselves, and touch panels that need no manual.

03

Streaming and recording

Town halls and lectures streamed and kept for later viewing.

04

Infrastructure

Cabling, racks, network and power, built to support every room.

04How we work

Consultation to support, one team.

The same engineers carry each project from the first site visit to the support contract.

  1. Consultation

How the space is used, by whom, and what must not fail.

  2. Design

Drawings, equipment schedules and room standards.

  3. Integration

Systems built and programmed before they reach site.

  4. Installation

Cabling, mounting and configuration with minimal disruption.

  5. Testing

Every room tested against its use cases and signed off.

  6. Training and support

User training, remote monitoring and maintenance.

05Questions

Audio visual, answered.

Can you standardise rooms across several offices?
Yes. We define a small set of room standards (huddle, meeting, boardroom, training) and deploy them everywhere, so users find the same controls in every location and support is simpler.
Do you work with our existing video conferencing platform?
Yes. Rooms are designed around the platform your organisation already uses, and can support more than one where needed.
Can rooms be monitored remotely?
Yes. Rooms report their status to a central console, so faults are visible before a meeting starts and many can be fixed remotely.
Do you provide maintenance after handover?
Yes. Annual maintenance covers preventive visits, remote support and on-site response.
