A brief workflow of how we receive our customers and attend their queries

GATHERING REQUIREMENTS

When a customer knocks our door step we will communicate with them via phone, email or in-person and will try to get their requirements and purpose for that requirement. The customers will always have their own knowledge about the technology and we will brief and redefine their understanding.

DESIGN

Now in this stage with all the understandings that we gained from the customer, we will convert those on a paper as a workflow diagram. Then that workflow diagram will be sent to the customer and our people will explain on the workflow. We will also suggest the software's and hardware's that are required for the setup.

DEMO AND QUOTE

If the customer is satisfied with the workflow diagram and if he request for demo before making an investment then that will also be done from our side. On satisfaction of the demo the quote will be sent to the customer.

DEPLOYMENT

If the quote is approved by the customer then our technical team will be triggered after the payment of an initial amount by the customer. We will implement the requirement of the customer as soon as possible with all warrantied items. Once the process is over one of our technical person will educate two of your employee's.

MAINTENANCE

Once the whole process is completed and the payment is done we will give one year free of service for all the hardware's because they will be in the warranty period. After the warranty period we will be charging an amount for attending your issues. If you have taken up an AMC with us then we will work according to the AMC's terms and conditions.
